Prima PR15 flat roof garden room

The PR15 pent roof summerhouse is great addition to any garden, the fully glazed sliding double doors at the front flanked by 2 fixed sidelights give a wondeful vista when relaxing inside. There is an additional high level window for extra light. This can be used as a sun room or for storage.

Pressure treated floor bearers

The roof looks flat from around the edges, but it is in fact a sloping deck within the fascia boards to avoid water build-up, which in turn flows into an integral downpipe.

The roofing material consists of a rubber EPDM mat, edged with an aluminium strip on all sides

This customer wanted to change the standard sliding patio doors to bifold doors so they could open the whole of the front of the building up, and also remove the standard high level window and add a PJ07 tall window into each of the 3m walls – all very easily done on the Lugarde configurator.
