15.4 We are happy to recommend and arrange an installation team, although they are not directly employed by Hortons Portable Buildings Ltd. Therefore the installation is a separate contract between the customer and the installers and does not form part of our contract. All installation fees are paid directly to the installing company.
15.5 It is the responsibility of the customer to investigate and secure planning permission with their local authority if required; Hortons Portable Buildings Ltd will not accept liability for any infringement of planning permission.
